Summer Internships

Heritage NetWorks has long held summer internships for young persons wanting to learn more about designing, building, and operating modern networks. Some of these are shown below. Contact us for more details.

2017 • Michael austin

Michael joined us from southeast Alaska. He helped install new camera systems and got to do some tower training and climbing. A visit to a remote mountain backhaul site was a lot of fun, too.

2016–2017 Meghan bailey

Meghan has enjoyed learning about advanced routing protocols, and she's getting familiar with basic troubleshooting techniques.

2015–2016 Joel Keller

Joel did some network engineering training with Heritage in Little Rock, AR and helped build 1706 Richardson in 2015. He now studies Computer Science at the University of Alaska Anchorage, and works for Alaska Railroad as a programmer.
